Business line Cybersecurity manager (m/f).

Context

To support a young dynamic team of cybersecurity experts, active both on consulting, research, and

product development, xxx consulting is looking for a business line manager reporting to the

managing director.

Activities

• Understanding customer needs related to cybersecurity (IDS, vulnerability mgt, risk mgt.),

• Defining objectives and tasks for research activities, contribute to opportunity studies,

• Acting as product manager for new cybersecurity products, in particular intrusion detection

systems, risk assessment tools, vulnerability management systems,

• Selling cybersecurity products and services,

• Acting in a first phase as project manager to integrate new cybersecurity tools,

• Coaching and assisting security consultants and researchers.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge on cybersecurity aspects and strategies (IDS, vulnerability management,

incident management, subcontracting).

• Project management skills (Quapital Hermes, Scrum, DevOps).

• Skills in economy to write and follow business plans

• Analytical and synthesis skills for writing technically correct, convincing and easy-to-understand reports

and presenting solutions to customers;

• Abilities to perform technical security audits and Security consultancy is an advantage.

Profile of the candidate

• Master’s degree in technical or economic science;

• Min 3 years of experience, ideally as CISO or Sales manager for security or IT solutions;

• Knowledge on Computer Systems (Linux, Windows 10, Mobile phones, Raspberry Pi)

• Fluency in English (French and Luxembourgish or German are considered as an advantage);

• Capability to work independently and within a team; and to act as team leader;

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
