Customer Service Assistant.
Your Responsibilities:
Our German Retail Operations team is taking care of administration, underwriting, customer care and collections. In this position, as a customer care assistant you will work with senior team members to take care of our customer (dealers or final customers) to help them to find appropriate solutions to their requests (deferral payment, early settlement, exchange of equipment).
• Follow-up of contracts (running and new, prolongations, early termination, etc.)
• Processing and calculation of interests (rate plan changes)
• Liaising with other units
What Skills You Need:
• High level of commitment and team orientation
• Computer literate (Microsoft office, namely Excel),
• Conscientious, detail oriented and accurate
• Ability to have a pragmatic approach on complex tasks as well as extensive analysis
• Be enthusiastic and have a positive approach
• High sense of responsibility and initiative
• Mother tongue in German is a mandatory requirement
• Fluent in English
• Formal education in Commercial/Accounting (focus on banking or leasing)
• Experience in the lending and leasing business
