ROLE:
•Management of the customer service department / team
•Analysis and reports of the workflows in Customer Service
•Further development and improvement of customer service workflows
•Process customer inquiries and follow up to give a clear insight into the added value of our products and services
•Be in charge of the customer satisfaction
Requirements and skills:
•Min. 3-5 years of customer service experience
•Analytical thinking
•Ability to work in a team
•Good technical understanding
•Strong communication and social skills
•Service and sales oriented
•Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP System (SAGE)
•English –fluent in writing and reading
•German –conversational
•French –basic Knowledge of other languages is an asset
