Inside Sales Representative (m/f).
Your tasks:
- Unlock new sales opportunities through in-depth lead tracking with all available sales tools. Your focus is totally on acquiring new customers via phone
- Qualify leads and forward them to the responsible business development manager
- Arrange appointments and online demos for potential new customers on site
- Understand the needs and requirements of our customers in the logistics environment
- Achieve the predefined KPIs and quarterly targets
- Analyze customer potential, identify decision-makers and generate sustainable interest
- Maintain and expand the database with potential new customers in the sales area assigned to you
You should bring along:
You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector or higher
You have proven experience in internal sales and telephone acquisition
You should also have gained initial experience in B2B sales of software solutions
Ideally, you also have knowledge of logistics
You have experience in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
You are eloquent and have the ability to listen actively as well as strong presentation skillsIn addition to good written and spoken English, you also have good IT skillsLast but not least, you have the ability to work in a team, not to let setbacks disturb you and to meet the challenges of a fast-growing company in daily business in a solution-oriented and hands-on manner
