As part of the IT team, you promote, implement and maintain the collaborative tools that helps us improve everyday efficiency and communication in our business.

The position in based at the Group Headquarters in Luxembourg and reports to the Infrastructure and Services Team Manager

YOUR TASKS

Leverage Microsoft 365 applications and other collaborative tools to improve individual and group efficiency and customer service – both Computer & Mobile use

Promote and expand the use of MS 365; evaluating the potential benefits of using the different Apps and Addons

Proactively identify business needs for improving everyday collaboration and efficiency

Proposes and maintain company policies, procedures and standard for use of collaborative tools

Monitor, develop and maintain technological platform for Intranet

Communicate often to inform about availability and benefits of apps and tools

Develop and deliver training on using tools for users and key users

Respond to user request and assist in using apps more proficiently

Maintain a solid dialog with key business stakeholders and other IT functions

Advise users and IT teams on how to implement business processes using Microsoft 365 tools

Assist with custom development (e.g. Sharepoint Webparts)

Use no-code or low-code approaches (e.g. MS Flow, MS Planner)

Run a platform for advanced users around the globe to exchange knowledge and create synergies

Identify best practices internally and externally to be shared among users

Understand training requirements for Office tools and organize qualification measures

Provide in-depth knowledge about MS Teams

Help departments structuring their MS Teams setup

Identify potentials and implement integration of MS 365 apps with other systems (e.g. phone systems, Salesforce, ...)

Implement interoperability between Exchange, HR systems and Intranet
